Quality Control

A Quality Control is the set of activities and techniques used to verify that a product or service meets specific quality standards and requirements. It is a reactive process focused on identifying defects in the finished product.

Example: In a software development project, Quality Control (QC) activities would include the execution of test cases to ensure that the new user registration form correctly validates email addresses, passwords, and other required fields according to the pre-defined acceptance criteria. If any errors or defects are found, they are logged and sent back to the development team for correction.
