Validation

Validation is the process of ensuring that a software system or product fulfills the actual needs and expectations of the user. It is focused on checking if the right product was built from the user's perspective.

Example: Validation for a new mobile banking app would involve conducting a Usability Test with real users to observe if they can easily navigate the interface, understand the icons, and complete tasks like transferring funds or paying bills without confusion. This confirms the app is not only functional but also intuitive and valuable to its target audience.
