Kanban

Kanban is an agile workflow management methodology that uses a visual board to help teams track and manage their work. It's built on a few core principles: visualizing the workflow, limiting the amount of work in progress (WIP), and focusing on a continuous flow of tasks. This approach helps teams improve efficiency and deliver value more consistently by highlighting bottlenecks and streamlining the process.

Example: A team is working on a series of updates for a mobile app. They use a Kanban board with columns labeled "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done." When a new task, like "Fix login button bug," is ready, a developer moves the card from "To Do" to "In Progress." A tester might have a separate column for "Testing." The team can see the status of every task at a glance and limit the number of cards in the "In Progress" column to avoid getting overwhelmed and ensure a steady delivery of completed work.
