Scrum

Scrum is an agile framework that helps teams manage complex projects by delivering value in short, fixed-length cycles called sprints. It's built around defined roles, structured meetings (ceremonies), and specific artifacts to ensure transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Example: A software team uses Scrum to build an application. They work in two-week sprints. At the beginning of each sprint, they hold a Sprint Planning meeting to decide what features to work on, like a login page. Every day, they have a short Daily Scrum meeting to discuss progress and blockers. At the end of the sprint, they present the finished login feature in a Sprint Review and discuss what went well in a Sprint Retrospective. This structured process helps the team deliver a working product incrementally.
